Casalsole is a renovated (brand new) farmhouse fully furnished, comprises of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen, a panoramic veranda and a garden of about 3000 square meters; It offers the following services to customers:

We inform our guests that the holiday house also accepts small pets, there are children's games in the
garden, and the holiday home is only 5 minutes from supermarkets, Pharmacy and ATM services. Our staff speaks 3
languages 

The house holiday Casalsole offers weekly prices for the whole building, variables in three periods of the year:

• April and October: 1.600,00 per week.
• May June and September: € 2.000,00 per week.
• July and August: € 2.400,00 per week.

All payments will have to be made trough bank transfer orders. 
We will give you our bank account details on receipt of your requested booking.

At the moment of booking we require an initial 50% payment for the stay.
We ask for a further bank transfer with the balance 15 days before the start of the holiday.

In case of renunciation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, 50% of the payment made will be refunded.

From the 29th day up to the day of arrival no refund will be made.
